Frameworks & Models

Named, arithmetic frameworks for measuring enterprise AI readiness, automation coverage and architecture decisions.

Framework 01
Autonomy Readiness
A four-factor test for whether a business process can safely run without a human, where a zero on any factor makes autonomy unsafe rather than imperfect.
Autonomy Readiness = Specification × Exception Coverage × Observability × Reversibility
Framework 02
The Architecture P&L
A method for stating enterprise architecture decisions as entries in a profit and loss account, so that technical choices carry an owner and a number.
Framework 03
The On-Shelf Availability Chain
Retail shelf availability behaves as a product of four terms rather than a sum, so it is bounded by the weakest one regardless of forecast quality.
On-Shelf Availability = Forecast Quality × Record Accuracy × Replenishment Execution × Response Authority
Framework 04
Variant Coverage Ratio
The share of a process's actual transaction volume that is covered by the paths an automation has been explicitly specified to handle.
Variant Coverage Ratio = specified path volume ÷ total process volume
